These placeholder terms govern the use of InnovationTools by facilitators and participants.

Use of the service

Facilitators are responsible for the content of the workshops they run and for informing participants how their contributions will be used. Participants agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes the rights of others.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability during live sessions but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Export important results after each workshop.

Intellectual property

Facilitators keep ownership of the templates and results they create. Library tools are provided for use inside the service and reference widely published frameworks with attribution to their original authors.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
