Privacy policy

InnovationTools is a workshop facilitation service. This placeholder policy describes, in short form, how we treat the information that flows through it.

What we collect

Facilitators sign in with Google or an email link; we store the name, email and profile picture provided by that sign-in. Participants join anonymously with a display name they choose. Workshop contributions (notes, votes, ratings and similar) are stored with the session they belong to.

How we use it

Session data is used only to run the workshop and produce results for the facilitator who created it. Optional AI helpers process contributions to generate summaries and themes; that content is not used to train models.

Retention and deletion

Facilitators can delete sessions and templates at any time from their panel, which removes the associated contributions. Contact the facilitator of a workshop to request the removal of your contributions.
